Bubble skirt in stretch jersey. High waist with elastic ribbing to wear unfolded for a high waist or folded over  for a lower size. Cut in matching fabrics on the front and back. Bottom, finished with a ribbed edge  for a comfortable skirt that allows great freedom of movement.
