The Tramplemousse site sells clothing and accessories made by craftsmen in France, for men, women and children. The clothes are made to measure or in limited series.

Product price

 

The prices are expressed in Euros and all taxes included. The prices indicated on the product sheets do not include transport. The price indicated in the order form is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and EU countries (20%). This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, the transport costs - as defined on the purchase order by package - insurance and commissioning. Tramplemousse will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is validated by email or by any other means at its convenience, in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-19 of the Consumer Code. In all cases, the validation of the order is worth signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site.

Delivery price

 

Shipping costs are fixed and based on the weight of your order.

Payment terms

 

Payment characterizes the signing of the contract.

In the event of a dispute over the payment of an invoice, the company reserves the right to request the return of the goods in their original state.

 

Preparation of commands

Tramplemousse cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract due to all cases of force majeure.

Terms of delivery

 

The shipment will be by colissimo or letter followed with tracking of your order on the internet. The products will be shipped in perfect condition, in packaging to the address indicated by the site user on his order form.

 

Delivery time

 

Tramplemousse being an artisanal brand, a production time is to be expected. This will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your order.

Shipping will be done after receipt of payment. No shipment can be made before.

Return and exchange terms

 

You will have 14 working days from the day after receipt of your package to return your order if this does not suit you, the return costs being at your expense.

Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and our company will be released from any liability.

For any made-to-measure model, reimbursement will not be possible but possible alterations may be considered.

If it is for an exchange, we will bear the cost of reshipment.

Returned products must be in their original condition. 

Only the price of the returned product (s) will be refunded to you.

The refund will be made within 30 days of the date on which the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal (article L121-20-1 of the Consumer Code).

 

Methods of handling guarantees and complaints

Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and our company will be released from any liability.

Tramplemousse reserves the right to ask the buyer to return the defective product to him (the shipping costs will then be borne by our company, and we will send you a Colissimo return slip to stick on the return package).

If the aforementioned conditions are met, we will then either exchange or refund the defective product, or re-ship the missing product (subject to the merits of the buyer's request and available stocks. ). Any return must be preceded by the prior agreement of our company and the allocation of a return number.

 

• Commercial guarantees

 

Tramplemousse does not offer commercial guarantees.

 

• Information relating to other contractual conditions

3. Products whose replacement results from normal wear (not new)
